Terms of use.
These terms govern your use of syntorium.com. They do not govern engagements with us — those are covered by a separate written agreement signed before any work begins.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of syntorium.com and any subdomain we operate (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Syntorium FZ-LLC, a free-zone establishment registered at SPC Free Zone (Sharjah Publishing City), United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our").
2. What the Site is — and what it is not
The Site is a marketing surface. It describes the services we offer, the work we have shipped, and how to get in touch. It is provided for general informational purposes only.
Nothing on the Site constitutes:
- a binding offer to provide services;
- professional advice (legal, financial, engineering, security, or otherwise) that you should rely on without separate written confirmation from us;
- a warranty, guarantee, or service-level commitment.
Any engagement with Syntorium is governed exclusively by a separate Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, or equivalent written contract signed by both parties — not by your use of the Site.
3. Acceptable use
You may browse the Site, follow its links, and submit a brief through the contact form. While using the Site, you agree not to:
- attempt to access any part of the Site, or any system or network connected to it, that is not made available for public access;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its underlying infrastructure other than as expressly permitted in our Security policy;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security feature, rate limit, or access control;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest content for automated republication, AI-training datasets, or any commercial purpose, except that public search-engine crawlers are welcome to index the Site under standard practices;
- impersonate any person or entity, or submit false information through the contact form;
- use the Site to send spam, harass, defraud, or transmit malicious code;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers or networks connected to it;
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction or ours.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and all of its content — including the Syntorium name and logo, the page copy, the visual design, the typography, the illustrations, the case-study write-ups, the open-source contributions linked from the Site, the source code of the Site itself, and any other material we publish — are owned by Syntorium FZ-LLC or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may view, copy, and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference (for example, to share a service description with a colleague). All other uses — including reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or commercial use — require our prior written permission.
The trademarks, service marks, and trade names of third parties (clients, technology partners, tools we use) appear on the Site for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement.
5. Submissions
When you send us information through the contact form, by email, or any other channel, you confirm that:
- the information is accurate and you have the right to share it with us;
- the information is not confidential unless you mark it as such, and you accept that we will read and act on it solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry;
- you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the information internally for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your request.
If your enquiry contains genuinely confidential information, please tell us in advance and we will exchange a mutual NDA before further detail is shared.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party websites and services we do not control — client portfolios, open-source repositories, technology vendors, social profiles, and so on. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external sites, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Site available and up to date, but we make no commitment that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free. We may suspend, withdraw, or modify any part of the Site at any time, without notice, for operational, legal, or commercial reasons.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Syntorium FZ-LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED 100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syntorium FZ-LLC and its team against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right through your use of the Site.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable in that Emirate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the SPC Free Zone (Sharjah Publishing City) and, where applicable, the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL, with the "Last updated" date at the top reflecting the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
